			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>An image can be condensed into an epitome, which captures the essence and statistically significant features of the image.  I created some matlab code based on <a href="http://www.psi.toronto.edu/~vincent/videoepitome.html">Vincent Cheung&#8217;s examples</a> that can be used for super-resolution.
